Shipping policy

Carrier and Services: We primarily ship via UPS Ground for domestic orders within the contiguous United States. UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Zones: We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Rates are provided by UPS and may vary depending on factors such as package dimensions and distance.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the UPS website.

Delivery Times: UPS Ground delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the UPS website for estimated delivery times to your specific location.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not offer shipping to international destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Insurance: All packages shipped via UPS Ground are insured up to a certain value. Please contact us if you require additional insurance for your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Holidays: Please note that UPS does not operate on certain holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
